  1. How do I join Cougar Life?
    The first step is to create a profile - just go to and follow the steps. Profiles with photos get more responses, so be sure to upload a photo or two in your private or public galleries.
  2. How much does it cost?
    It is free to sign up, browse, and send flirts. We have multiple membership packages available to send messages, gifts, and chat with members.
  3. How long does it take for my profile to be approved?
    Profiles are active as soon as you complete the registration process. However, custom content may take up to 24 hours to be approved during peak times, weekends, and holidays.
  4. I forgot my password. What can I do?
    If you forgot your password, you may reset your password here.
  5. How do I deactivate my account?
    1. Login to your account, click on the avatar on the top right and select My Account Settings from the dropdown menu

    2. Click on the "Account" tab

    3. Click on Deactivate your account, and then click on the bottom link ("If you are sure you want to deactivate your account, click here.")

    4. Click Deactivate account button. If you still want to proceed, click the OK option to deactivate your account
  6. Why can't I log in with my username/password?
    First, be sure to check that you have spelled your username correctly and retry your password. If you are still unable to log in, please send an email to [email protected] and describe the problem you're experiencing.
  7. Is there a code of conduct for this site?
    We encourage our members to be kind, courteous and well-mannered. To get the most out of your experience, please treat others as though you are speaking to them face-to-face and be sure to establish a personal rapport before getting too personal or giving out personal contact information.   8. Why can't I access my account?
    Your account may be suspended, canceled, or deleted without prior notice if you are found violating our Terms & Conditions ( Examples of such violations include spamming, suspicious activities, harassing other members, advertising other services, or other abuses.
  9. Why did my profile information change?
    All profiles must meet the following guidelines:

    Profiles cannot contain personal contact information - including email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or websites.
  10. How do I get my profile to appear first in a search?
    Premium member profiles receive the highest priority and will appear before guest member profiles in search. In addition, profiles with more photos will receive higher priority than profiles with less or no photos. To improve your listing, we suggest upgrading to a Premium Membership and uploading three photos.
  11. Can I block another member from contacting me?
    Yes. To block a member, open their profile and click on the block icon.
  12. How do I remove a member from my Blocked list?
    Click Account Settings and open the Privacy tab to edit your blocked profiles.
